Affiliate Agreement for Rapid Digital Product Mastery

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Revenue With Ry ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By joining the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive 50% commission from the current price of the program.
• If a referred customer purchases a recurring membership, the Affiliate will receive recurring payouts for as long as the customer remains an active member.
• If a referred customer makes a one-time purchase, the Affiliate will receive a one-time commission.
• An “active membership” refers to a referred customer who has not been removed or banned from the community.
• Affiliates must remain in the community and not be removed or banned to stay active in the affiliate program and receive payouts.

2. Payout Schedule

• If the affiliate is using Systeme.io, payouts will be processed weekly, but this schedule is subject to change at the Company's discretion.
• There is no minimum payout threshold.
• Payouts will be made via PayPal if using Systeme.io. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account is active and able to receive payments.
• Payouts on other platforms like Beacons or Stan Store will be paid out in correspondance with that platform's schedule.

3. Affiliate Tracking and Platforms

• The affiliate program is currently managed through Systeme.io, but the Company may use other platforms, such as Beacons, Stan Store, or others, in the future. Affiliates will be notified of any platform changes.
• Affiliates will receive credit for sales based on the last link the customer clicked before purchasing. If a customer clicks another Affiliate’s link after yours, the sale will go to the most recent link.
• Affiliates will earn recurring commissions for recurring memberships and one-time commissions for one-time purchases.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates may use marketing materials provided by the Company (if available) but must ensure all claims about the product are accurate and ethical.
• Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming or promotional practices that violate FTC guidelines or any applicable laws.
• Affiliates must remain part of the community and not be removed or banned in order to stay active in the program and eligible for payouts.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates are prohibited from:Engaging in paid search bidding on the Company's brand name.
  Making misleading or false claims about the product.
  Using unethical promotional practices or misrepresenting the program in any way.
• Violating these terms will result in removal from the affiliate program.

6. Termination Policy

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation at any time for unethical behavior, violation of terms, fraud, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Company.
• Upon termination, any remaining unpaid funds in the Affiliate’s account will be forfeited.
• Affiliates will be notified of termination via email and will not be allowed to rejoin the program.

7. Tracking and Reporting

• Affiliates will have access to their dashboard on the designated platform(s) (e.g., Systeme.io, Beacons, Stan Store) to track clicks, sales, commissions, and other available metrics.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

• The course operates under a 3-day moneyback guarantee policy.
• If a chargeback occurs, it will be deducted from the Affiliate’s commission.
• Affiliates with an unusual number of chargebacks may be subject to investigation to ensure ethical promotion of the program.

9. Exclusivity

• Affiliates are free to promote other programs, whether competing or non-competing. The Company does not restrict Affiliates from promoting other products.

10. Terms Subject to Change

• The Company reserves the right to modify or change the terms of this Affiliate Agreement at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the designated community platform.
• Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made constitutes the Affiliate's consent to the updated terms.

By participating in the Rapid Digital Product Mastery Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
