Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Digital Product Sales School Referral Challenge (“Challenge”), you must be an active paying member of the DPS Skool community on either the monthly, annual, or lifetime plan. Free trial users are not eligible to earn commissions or bonuses unless they convert to a paid plan.

2. Challenge Period

The challenge begins on Monday, July 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on Saturday, September 28, 2025. Referrals made outside this period do not count toward bonus cash rewards.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral is someone who:

• Uses your unique Skool or lifetime affiliate link to join DPS, and

• Purchases either the monthly or annual plan within the challenge period

Referrals who join via a free trial must convert to a paid plan within the challenge period to count.

Bonus cash is calculated based on the total number of referrals (monthly + annual).
Lifetime referrals only count for affiliate commission, not bonus cash, and must be made using your unique lifetime affiliate link to qualify.

4. Payouts

• Affiliate commissions are paid via third-party money sending applications (e.g. Cashapp, PayPal).

• Bonus cash will be paid out after the challenge ends, once all referrals are verified.

• You must submit valid tax documentation (such as a W-9 if applicable) to receive payouts over $600, in compliance with U.S. tax law.

Failure to comply with tax documentation requests will result in forfeiture of bonus cash, even if earned.

5. Disqualification & Forfeiture

You may be disqualified, and all pending or future rewards forfeited if:

• You engage in spammy, misleading, unethical, or dishonest promotion

• You violate FTC guidelines by failing to disclose affiliate relationships

• You purchase a plan yourself under a fake or alternate identity

• You leave, cancel, or are removed from the DPS community for any reason before payouts are processed

• You request a refund for your DPS membership

• You harass other members or create a negative environment in the community

The DPS team reserves the sole right to determine disqualification at its discretion.

6. No Guaranteed Income

Participation in this challenge does not guarantee income.
Your results depend on your effort, skill, consistency, and the response of the people you refer.
You understand and agree that:

• Statements of earnings or success are examples only

• Past performance is not indicative of future results

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when promoting DPS

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the DPS owner(s), staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your participation in the challenge.

You further waive the right to bring any lawsuit, arbitration, or other legal claim against DPS or its representatives related to this challenge or any dispute arising from your participation.

8. Modifications

These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
However, any major updates will be posted clearly in the DPS Skool community.
It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly during the challenge period.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through email-based communication first.
If no resolution is reached, any claim must be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Texas under American Arbitration Association rules.
No class actions or jury trials permitted.

10. FTC Disclosure Compliance

All affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines.
This includes clearly stating that you may earn a commission if someone purchases DPS through your link.
Failure to follow disclosure requirements may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all commissions and bonuses.

11. Final Authority

DPS reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these rules at its sole discretion.
All decisions by the challenge administrator are final.

b) Phone Number

c) Payment Details
